Beman Park Neighborhood
The Beman Park Neighborhood stretches from 12th Street to Burdett Avenue and lies between Hoosick Street and Sage Avenue.
Hillside Neighborhood
The hillside neighborhood stretches from 8th Street to 12 Street and lies between Federal Street and Hoosick Street. It contains approximately 300 residences, as well as two community gardens.

The Polytech Apartments offers studio, two bedroom, three bedroom, and four bedroom apartments. All rooms have a bathroom w/ shower and inset sink(s), and a kitchen w/ all new appliances.
